1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely!, We believe every love story deserves to be beautifully documented, no matter where it's celebrated. Whether you're saying "i do" in another city or another country, we'd be honoured to travel with you and preserve every meaningful moment. Travel and accomodation costs may apply depending on the destination, and we'll provide a customized quote to suit your wedding plans.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! We'd be delighted to help bring your proposal or engagement vision to life. From choosing the perfect location and ideal timing to offering creative ideas, coordinating the surprise, and recommending trusted vendors if needed, we're here to make the experience as seamless and memorable as possible.

Our goal is not only to capture the moment beautifully but also to help ensure everything comes together effortlessly, so you can focus on enjoying one of the most meaningful moments of your life.

Whether you're planning an intimate proposal or a grand surprise, we'd love to help make it unforgettable. Just share your ideas with us, and we'll take it from there.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to our availability. Your retainer will be transferred to the new date.

Cancellations: The booking retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers administrative costs. If you've made additional payments beyond the retainer, any eligible refund will be determined based on the services already provided and expenses incurred.

Weddings: Because wedding dates are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract. If you need to change your wedding date, we'll gladly transfer your booking if we're available on the new date.

Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you're facing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

We recommend reviewing your service agreement for the full terms and conditions specific to your booking.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! We offer a range of options to help you preserve your memories in the way that suits you best.

Digital Files: Every collection includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through a secure online gallery for easy viewing and downloading.

Prints: We offer premium-quality prints in a variety of sizes, perfect for displaying your favorite moments at home or gifting to loved ones.

Albums: Our handcrafted wedding and portrait albums are beautifully designed to tell your story and become timeless keepsakes you'll treasure for years to come.

5. How long till I receive the final photos?

We know you'll be excited to relive your special moments, so we work hard to deliver your images as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Our typical turnaround times are:

- Portrait, Family & Kids Sessions: 24hours-48hours

- Engagement & Pre-Wedding Sessions: 3–5 working days

- Weddings & Large Events: 7– 21 working days

Every image is carefully selected, professionally edited, and refined to ensure it meets TheCrestConcept's quality standards.

For weddings, we also provide a selection of sneak peek images within 24 hours, so you can begin sharing your favorite moments while your full gallery is being prepared.

If you need your images sooner, expedited editing may be available upon request for an additional fee.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any ideas, poses, inspiration, or must-have shots before your session. Whether you have a Pinterest board, a list of family groupings for your wedding, or specific moments you'd love captured, we're happy to incorporate them into your session whenever possible.

At the same time, we'll guide you with natural posing and creative direction to ensure your images feel authentic, flattering, and timeless. Our goal is to strike the perfect balance between bringing your vision to life and capturing genuine, unscripted moments that reflect your unique story.

Your input is always welcome—we want your gallery to feel personal and uniquely yours.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! We'd love to get to know you before your session. We offer consultations in person (where possible) or virtually via phone or video call to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and walk you through what to expect.

This gives us the opportunity to understand your style, preferences, and goals so we can create a photography experience that's relaxed, personalized, and enjoyable.

Whether you're booking a wedding, portrait, family, or event session, we're here to ensure you feel confident, comfortable, and excited before we ever pick up the camera.
